How it Works
Step 01
Getting comfortable
Get to know me and tell me more about yourself! This is the most important part of my process because it sets a good foundation for the rest of the shoot. I want to take this time to learn more about your style and your personality to make sure your session fits YOU!
Step 02
Being your beautiful selves
During the shoot, simply be yourself! Let your personality shine through, and I will do the rest of the work. I will also have different poses for you depending on the occasion for your shoot, but feel free to tell me any ideas you might have!
Step 03
Editing your photos
During the editing process, I will refine your photo selection and add a natural finish to the pictures that highlights the coloring of the session.
Step 04
Choosing memories to treasure
Your photo return time will depend on your shoot. We will talk about this during the booking process! I distribute these photos through a platform that allows you to download full-size images.

How do you accept payment?I accept Venmo or cash. A non-refundable down payment of 25% is due at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is due before the start of the session.

How long after my session will photos be delivered?Within 2 weeks of your shoot! If you need your photos at an earlier date, that can be arranged. For weddings, I deliver your full gallery in 6-8 weeks. You will get sneak peaks within 72 hours of your wedding.

Do you have a cancellation or rescheduling fee?You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the shoot start. If you wish to reschedule the shoot within 24 hours, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. If the weather interferes with the session, we can reschedule for another date regardless of time. The non-refundable down payment covers the cancellation fee.

Can I bring my furry friend?Of course! Pets are always welcome, just let me know ahead of time.

How many outfits should I bring?It depends on your shoot! I would recommend one outfit if your session is under an hour and two outfits for an hour or longer session.

To do you charge a travel fee?I love exploring new places and am happy to travel. For locations 30 miles outside of the Minneapolis, I charge a travel fee. Please ask me more about this if your shoot location is out of this range!
